To Prof. Peter S. I am writing this letter in a really distressed state. I was just now checking on my grades in all of my classes And I was flabbergasted by my Physics grade. I really am not sure if I calculated it correctly. So if it is not too much trouble do you mind informing me of my grade as of now? I would gladly come to your office hours if need be. The letter he wrote back Hi Yvette (Is it weird that him writing my name made me feel important? Kyaaaa! The professor knows my name!) You currently have a B . As I mentioned in class today, this is a PROJECTED grade assuming that your future homework scores are the same as your past homework scores, your future exam scores are the same as your past exam score, etc. Therefore, the first midterm exam has a lot of weight in this projection. You can improve your grade by doing better, ESPECIALLY on the exams. You've been doing well in the lab and pretty well on the homework, and have 100% in the participation cat
